NDA DAILY ROUTINE


Every aspirant who is preparing for the NDA Exam is keen to know the daily routine of NDA cadet. During their NDA coaching classes, some are so motivated that they want to know everything about NDA in advance.

But the complete routine of any NDA cadet is hard to understand on Paper. One has to get a first-hand experience by the physical presence there to really know the life of a Cadet in these Academies.

In most of the academies there were 15 Squadrons with 120 Cadets each ( A - O) = Academy strength was approx. 1800.

There is much more which happens with a Cadet within the same time slot of 24 hours. To be precise each Cadet covers approximately 8–12 Kms by walk every day & sometimes as much as 22–30 Kms. During Special cases like X-Country preparation, during SinhGarh visits & during the Camps. Sometimes it could be with 10–12 Kgs on his Shoulder.

The day starts at 4 am. Morning with different Physical Pieces of training like Horse Riding, Swimming, Running, Obstacle Training, Drill in the Parade Ground with a 6.5 Kg assault rifle (SLR).

Cadet gets a break by 07:30 am. He has to take bath, get ready & reach classes after Breakfast by 08:30 am or so. Classes finish by 01:30 pm in the afternoon.

Then cadets get their lunch. Post which you have your Sports, for whichever Competition is coming up. It could be Football, Hockey, Basketball, X Country, Handball, Atheletics, Swimming, Boxing, Volleyball or even PT. A Cadet gets to do all the activities as a part of his Squadron.

Evening again you get ready after bath for evening Prep classes from 6 pm - 8 pm. Orders are passed on from CSM (Sqn Appointment) to the complete Sqn in 20–30 min, then Complete Sqn moves for Dinner.

Post dinner you are back in your rooms by 09:30 pm, then you prepare for the next day & Lights out is at 10 pm.

Meals are in the Academy Mess. Each meal is a mission in itself. Each cadet has to strive hard to achieve his perks. As you grow Senior, life keeps changing. Responsibilities increase.
If you faulter during the day, like you, might get late as distances in the Academy are too much or you are inappropriately dressed, you are liable for punishments. You get a bicycle but many times the bicycle is riding on you.

Admit Cards Released For NDA &NDA Examination 2018

The Union Public service Commission(UPSC) has released admit card for National Defence Academy.The admit card were released on 28 March .you will get the admit card to download .If you want full information about the (UPSC) then go to the official website :upsc.gov.in .
 
In these total vacancies are 208 for Army, 60 for Indian Navy, 92 for Air force and 55 for Naval Academy.Those


Students crack the NDA exam they are appear for the (SSB) Service Selection Board. The student are recommended to check detail on admit Card properly.In case any mistake on your admit card then contact UPSC help desk department immediately. It’s very important carry the admit card when you coming in the examination hall.The selection for the vacancies will be based on the written exam.
